In short: PB missed by 1s and target missed by 6.01 seconds!

In full: The disappointment of missing my PB by 1 second in the Edinburgh Magic Mile was definitely made better by finishing first, catching up with Helen Falconer and going for a few mile cool down run and a chat with GB Olympic marathon runner Freya Ross! A very nice lass! Might even now have a running club at last!
