7.0 ‎7/10 a nice run to blow the cobwebs away after a week off of training from Lossiemouth to Elgin whilst I'm on holiday ....No Watch ..... No Pressure just pure running ,
Tom my Debacle (which I would pronounce De-baa-kel) at the Congleton ...half was ... My training went well right up to the day with no hitches then the night before I got an upset stomach , I took some immodium on the day and was running well for the first half of the race but then my energy deserted me all of a sudden at around 7 miles and I walked/trotted home in an eventual 2:17 I was crestfallen after such a great build up , but I just told myself "get back on the horse" and I did thanks to my running friends and of course you guys @ M.T.
