Just ordered a couple of Greeper laces - HAVE to do a triathlon now to fully appreciate using them!
Thanks for this podcast it makes for interesting and amusing listening - I am off to find my cheque book to enter a November Marathon.
Finally - love the title music - my wee man usually finds it hilarious when I dance around to it!

Hi, great podcast as always. (I'm still working my way through and catching up with them) I Can't get over that article it almost sounds out of hurt why would they say that, it's just stupid. I myself lost 1 and a half stone in a year from running. My grandfather used to run well into his 80's and cycle 100+ miles. And he made it to the grand age of 91 with no health issues. Oh I could go on but still.. Keep up the good work, I have also gone down the veggie route for the past 6 or more months, from reading born to run and it seems to have helped my general performance and I feel allot more vitalised.
