On this week’s show…it’s our second birthday we talk about our last 2 years, There’s a little news from the running world, including the best ever American men, the USA Olympic trials and Kenyan big shots. We bring you up to speed with the amazing spring mojo kickin jantastic, you rate your runs, rant and rave and winner of the week and we’ve got a selection of our favourite interview outtakes, we chat to Tony about his and Tony brings us his trials… and we are recording this, rarely, together from the Marathon Talk ‘shed come studio’ in Poole.

- Jantastic update

    - some people have been logging their total number of weekly runs on day 1 – make sure you log your completed runs as you do them or at the end of the week – that keeps ther weekly individual and teams scores correct.  

    - we’ve had a few scoring gremlins in the system and are resolving these.

    - You can still enter…BUT – you can no longer score for week 1 – so your top score for January will be limited to 75% if you continue to hit all your runs.
