Another great podcast chapskeep up the good work.

Im looking to shave off a MASSIVE 45 minutes from my marathon PB.I managed 3h:59m:53s in 2008 off the back of 6 weeks training (insane). This time Ive been building my aerobic base solidly over the last 10 weeks to get me into shape to train properly for London (a sort of pre-marathon training conditioning) and Im going for 3h:14m:59swish me luck as I may need it. :o)

Turning over the shark is cheating. It's like tying Usain Bolt's trainers together. It's only winning by default!

Here's another question for you...Gels, do you guy train with gels on your long runs? What is your race day gel strategy (i.e. how many/how often)? What's your preferred gel? and...do you ever deplete your carb stores in training so you have experienced 'hitting the wall' in training?
