OH MY GOSH, this was the best episode yet. I listened to it during the first 13 miles of my long run this morning and I didn't want it to end. I learned so much from Dr. Bond but this was only possible because Tom(oops, I think it was Tom), asked such perfect questions. He/you just kept probing and extending her thoughts and each and every time I was thinking, "Yes! He's taking it to the next level." I want to post this episode link on my running blog and tell everyone about it! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Oh, I also wanted to say that I'm running the NYC Marathon and when you do your weekly countdown, it gets me so excited!
    Thanks you guys!

Just a note to say this is the first time i've ever listened to your podcast and it was great! I listened to it during my 9-miler yesterday and it was a pleasant change to listening to the radio and mp3's, both entertaining and educational!

I shall be regular listener in the future, keep up the good work!

Seems I got a special mention in Rate my run. I still claim a 5 out of 10 as I know that my Mara PB is not a good indicator of what I am Capable of running one in.

great episode chaps - listened to final bit whilst dozing night before Berlin - awoke from doze to hear my question about keeping focus. Didnt really learn anything new from Katherine Bond - interesting to hear her discussion, im still reflectiong on how i lost focus in the last 2k of Berlin.Maybe i just needed to focus on the next f10-20 yards each time - and Not oh this is hard, where is the final straight . Still i blasted the demons at the Flintshire 10k this Sunday - keep up great work chaps. cheers Rob
