Hi Andy,
I've just tried it on my Mac and by doing 'ctrl-click' and selecting 'download linked file' it pops the 100 meg mp3 file on my desktop.
Are you on a PC and do you have any other options when you right click on the link?
Cheers
Tom

Really enjoyed this episode, especially the interview with Mike. A very inspirational story.
Looking forward to an episode on what to eat.. that is the thing I seem to struggle with. Getting out there is easy but knowing what to put into my mouth and when seems to be rather confusing at times.

Can i nominate ricky stevenson for hero of the week as an ordinary club runner i think is great to see young lads like ricky that you watch on tv one week winning a great race in edinbrugh then 2 weeks later racing against some of the best in a major race in new york over a mile ,and only a week later returns to run a local club race over a tough snow and ice covered 8 mile run ( loftus poultry run ) an inspiration to all runners .. not to forget there roots..
