I loved this weeks training talk. It's so true that you can find time to run and be more time efficient. Running to work is a good example of fitting in a run whilst being efficient with time. The other week I beat the bus home! Not bad considering my commute is 11.2 miles. If I'm going out for the day with my family I also often get my wife to drive home and kick me out of the car and I'll run the rest of the way. It's like most things in life, if you want to do it you'll find a way. Where there's a will there's a way.
Love Tony's impressions of Stacey Solomon!

What a brilliant interview. Ron Hill is so down to earth about his incredible achievements and his memory is amazing - instant recall of where when and how. A legend in the true sense of the word. He still holds the course record for the Freckleton Half - 64:45 in 1969, over 40 years ago (last year's winner was 68:27).
