Hi, very interested to hear Jeff Galloway's comments on barefoot/minimalist running. I started running in minimalist shoes to see if it would help a problem I had with my knee. The knee has improved but I'm now thinking, rather than the shoes it's the form that the runner has to adopt to run in them rather than the shoe itself that is the answer.
